Dearest family,
I dont really have much time to write, so im just going to write really fast. today i had to do my documents to be leagal here in argentina....yes i have been illegal this whole time. anyway, that is why we have no time to write. we got to go to the capital. the best way i can describe the capital is new york. but older. it was cool, and i took i think 2 or three pictures. haha. i liked it.
ok, i just want to share a cool experience. we have been working with a guy named Eduardo. he has multiple sclerosis. he was diagnosed 25 years ago but amazingly can still walk. usually after 7 years you are wheel chair bound. he cant walk very far in one day, but still can walk. anyway, he smokes a little bit too, because when he gets frustrated he likes to smoke. and he didnt want to get baptized because he feels like if he does he wont be respecting the decision his parents made to baptized him when he was a baby. anyway, we were fast that he would have the desire to quit smoking and yesterday we were talking to him about quitting for the millionth time...ok not really, but we have talked about it a lot. and he never wanted to set a baptisimal date. yesterday as we were leaving he said, ok, "when are you going to come back next" and we said "maybe tomorrow". he then said, "the next time you return, i promise i will never pick up a cigarette again". haha an dhe is a man of his words. he also said he would pray about being baptized july 2nd. so yes. i have a HUGE testimony of fasting, and the power we can receive from fasting and from prayer.
anyway, thats all folks!
until next week!
love, sarah anne
