photo 70: i liked the teeter tots. they are fun.
photo 79: we went with Miguel Medina and his mom, sister and neices. it was fun with the girls.
Dear family,
Ok, so this week was a good one. We have been working a lot in the part of our area that is harder. I don´t know why, but I just feel like we are going to be able to find some good people. It has been an adventure, because we haven´t seen tons of success, but we are trying to put our trust in the Lord knowing that all will work out if we are following the promptings of the Spirit. but, maybe not in our time, but it´ll all work out.
ok, funny story of the week. yesterday in church the branch president came up to me and said "did H. Nordhagen prepare her talk?" and i was like... "what talk?" i guess he had asked her to speak, but she didn´t understand what he had asked her and so she didn´t prepare anything. so, i was so lucky because i got to speak. haha that is the fun thing about being a missionary is that at any moment you will be called on to give a talk in church or at some church function. and you don´t get any time to prepare. haha.
anyway, there isn´t a whole bunch to write, plus i hardly have any time at all to write. pray that i will be guided and recognize the whisperings of the spirit, because i need that. LOTS. thanks for everything. and HAPPY VALENTINE´S DAY to everyone tomorrow!
love, sister yingling
